Commercial Solicitation

Use of the Alumni Discussion forum, message board, or user groups for the purposes of commericial solicitation is strictly prohibited.

Message Board Conduct

Do not flame other users of the board or use any language that may be construed as inflammatory. Do not use foul language. Respect the privacy of others – postings on the message board can be read by visitors (general public) but you need to register (establish an account to post discussions). Do not give out telephone numbers or e-mail addresses in postings. This can be done via private messages.

Termination or "Banning"

Vicksburg Community Schools reserves the right to terminate your Account (also known as "banning") at any time or for any reason, with or without notice. Once your Account is terminated you agree not to post on the message boards, or to assist or cause another person to post messages on your behalf.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vicksburg Community Schools, its employees, staff or board members, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the message boards on this Web site, the violation of these terms and conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other user of the message boards using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
